Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator jobs in Reading, PA

• Conduct quality checks
• Read and understand production tickets
• Package and move finished product
• Perform basic machine set-up
• Complete computerized and paper documentation
• Efficient and accurate handling of finished product and mail material
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist coworkers in other departments when needed
• Operate manual pallet jack
• Follow all established processes, rules and regulations related to safety and other company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to read and write basic English
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Strong attention to detail

• CASUAL Warehouse Attire

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, rotating 3 or 4 days per week including weekend rotations
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Standard climate-controlled production environment; exposure to loud noise (PPE is provided)
• Ability to lift, carry and push/pull up to 35 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, pivot, crouch, squat, kneel, and stoop for up to 12 hours
• Sensory requirements: vision, hearing, feeling
• Upper extremity motion requirements: fine motor movements, pushing/pulling with arms, grasping and pinching
• Lower extremity motion requirements: reaching
