Surgeon - Burn jobs in Fort Worth, TX

As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic workouts to members of all fitness levels. This position requires a strong ability to engage and motivate multiple members at a time while providing a positive community for change. A Burn Boot Camp Trainer must have a strong desire to help members reach their health and fitness goals through appropriate guided exercise, mindset coaching, and accountability; creating an environment of support to exceed our member’s expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Train approximately 8-12 camps per week (4pm-8pm, 2-3 days per week), with a Saturday rotation, adhering to the Protocol provided by HQ.
• Ensure safety of participants with exercise technique and modifications to accommodate various skill levels.
• Keep the gym orderly by organizing equipment after each camp and returning equipment at the end of the day.
• Perform Focus Meetings with members before and after camp times.
• Be knowledgeable on and actively promote Burn Boot Camp retail and nutrition line.
• Be in consistent communication with training team to provide feedback regarding member needs and to remain up-to-date on current focuses.
• Responsible for working as a team to close at least 60% of all trials and working with Burn Ambassadors and Childwatch personnel to maximize the member experience.
• Promptly report facility needs to the Operations Manager (i.e. damaged equipment, maintenance issues, etc.)
• Attend community events and participate in philanthropic events.

Qualifications

• Valid, or be in pursuit of, Certified Personal Trainer Certificate or degree in exercise science field.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Ability to pass, or be in pursuit of passing, the Burn Boot Camp Strength and Conditioning assessment (SAC).
• Ability to work afternoon shift - 4pm-8pm, 2-3 days per week.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized while effectively communicating in a positive and motivating manner.
• Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels and knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• Embody a growth-mindset to achieve goals, personally and professionally.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
