Surgeon - Burn jobs in La Crosse, WI

Burn Boot Camp La Crosse is looking for Child Care Team Members!

Duties:

- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in a 45 minute daycare style setting.
- Implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs to promote childhood development.
- Supervise children during playtime
- Provide basic caregiving tasks such as games, crafts, and play.
- Manage children's behavior and promote positive social interactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of the children.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred, or able to get one within 30 days of hire
- High school diploma or equivalent education required. Additional certifications in early childhood education are desirable.

• Afternoon shift (3:15pm-7:30pm)
• Saturday Mornings (7:45am-12:00pm) 

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
