Surgeon - Burn jobs in Mcallen, TX
Surgeon - Burn examines, diagnoses, and surgically treats patients with burns from heat, cold, chemical, or electrical incidents. Performs escharectomy, skin grafting, and secondary burn surgery. Being a Surgeon - Burn reviews patient history and confirms need for surgery. Determines which instruments and method of surgery will be most successful in achieving desired outcome. Additionally, Surgeon - Burn may provide medical personnel with direction concerning patient care. May provide in-service training as needed to address new technology in health care treatment. Provides charting in compliance with all laws and regulations. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Typically reports to the chief of surgery. Requires a license to practice. Responsibilities:As an Oral Surgeon at Sonrava Health, you will:- Collaborate with other specialists and general dentists to provide a range of oral surgery
- Perform a range of surgical and complicated extractions, including but not limited to:
- Soft Tissue Impactions
- Partial Bony Impactions
- Full Bony Impactions
- Bone Grafting
- Sinus Lift
- Tori Removal
- Alveoplasty
- Implant Placement
- Be flexible and able to travel to various dental practices in your area to meet patient needs.
