Surgeon - Burn examines, diagnoses, and surgically treats patients with burns from heat, cold, chemical, or electrical incidents. Performs escharectomy, skin grafting, and secondary burn surgery. Being a Surgeon - Burn reviews patient history and confirms need for surgery. Determines which instruments and method of surgery will be most successful in achieving desired outcome. Additionally, Surgeon - Burn may provide medical personnel with direction concerning patient care. May provide in-service training as needed to address new technology in health care treatment. Provides charting in compliance with all laws and regulations. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Typically reports to the chief of surgery. Requires a license to practice. The sales/operations support team plays a very integral and critical role at Burn Boot Camp. This is the first person our members see when they walk in the door and provide our clients first impression. They are responsible for working with the team to maximize the client experience and facilitating day-to-day activities. They also work with the team to maximize category sales and the growth of our member base. There is a strong focus on running the “front of house” operations and fostering the growth of community in the gym.
ROLES AND _RESPONSIBILITIES
_- Provide the full welcome experience with each client, including a greeting, tour of the facility, introduction to the trainer, paired with a member, and waivers signed.
- Have weekly touch points with the operations manager to align on current focuses, and provide any feedback from clients.
- Facilitate day-to-day process related to trial clients, focus meetings, membership sales, social media posts and retail transactions.
- Responsible for working as a team to close 60% of all trials and working with training team to maximize the client experience.
- Responsible for overseeing client trial follow-up, and membership sales.
- Provide general retail maintenance to keep the retail center stocked, clean, and approachable
- Assist in promoting gym focuses with multiple category sales, challenges, and community events.
- Provide cleaning as instructed in the Open/Close Checklist to ensure facility is properly maintained.
- Promptly report facility needs to the operations manager, i.e. office supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.
- Responsible for overseeing client trial follow-up, and membership sales.
