Jamestown Regional Medical Center (JRMC) currently employs two orthopedic surgeons. Our consistent year-over-year growth in this specialty is creating an opportunity for a third surgeon to join the team.
The ideal candidate would have a specific interest in sports medicine and upper extremity. Accomplished athletics at local and regional high schools, a local university and a very active community are creating this demand.
A typical week for our orthopedic surgeons involves at least 1 surgical day (more often 1.5), clinic and .5 days of administrative time.
Call is limited to one day a week and 2 weekends a month, with the opportunity to take on more for additional compensation.
