The Surgeon Recruiter at Sono Bello is responsible for acquiring leads, prospecting, interviewing, and achieving goals as set forth by the Director of Surgeon Acquisition. This position will play an integral role in ensuring all aspects of the recruitment hiring process are followed from start to finish understanding that working with a sense of urgency is a key to success. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for Plastic, Cosmetic and General Surgeon’s, demonstrates assertiveness, and has a penchant for thinking outside the box to drive innovation and surpass recruitment targets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Through a variety of means, source and identify quality candidates balancing the factors of urgency, complexity, creativity, and expense to the company.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates being scheduled for telephone and in-house interviews. Initiates and maintains communication with candidates during the interview process. Responsible for overall positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates with an objective of maintaining a consistent talent pipeline.
- Maintains responsibility for entry, maintenance and integrity of data (e.g. cost centers, reason for opening and approval chain) into Salesforce, tracking sheets and producing required reports.
- Communicates professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect and acting as an advocate for the company.
- Represents the company professionally and works toward fostering Sono Bello as an employer of choice in the communities where our locations are.
- Create and foster relationships with colleges and professional organizations to attract and retain quality candidates.
- Models the awareness and positive impact that talent has on an organization.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle to attract, engage, and ultimately hire the best talent.
- Negotiate and support negotiations with prospective candidates as necessary. Provides prompt follow-up and communication to all key stakeholders during contract negotiation phase of process.
- Manage the interview process, from scheduling to day-of coordination, ensuring clear internal communication, as well as a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Enhance recruiting processes to decrease time to hire while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare offers, create strategic closing plans, negotiate compensation packages, and ultimately sign top candidates.
- Understand the market and come up with creative ways to connect with the right talent.
- Collaborate with the rest of the recruiting team to ensure great candidate experience.
- Utilize tools for maximum impact. i.e. Doximity and Salesforce.
- Assist Recruiting Team in planning, executing, and attending local and national Physician Conferences.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience of 4 years of recruitment experience.
- 2 years of experience recruiting on a national or multi-state basis or virtual recruitment success preferred.
- Solid understanding of all processes involved in creating full-cycle recruitment successes.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing candidates using a variety of tactics.
- Demonstrated ability to create a compelling reason to join an organization, and prepare for closing of selected candidates.
- Working knowledge of and experience with recruiting/applicant tracking systems.
- Clear understanding and knowledge of federal and state regulations.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and database management.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain credibility and positive working relationships with a diverse range of groups and individuals.
- Experience establishing priorities and meeting deadlines while balancing the needs of providing assistance and support to Hiring Managers.
- Possess a moderate level of business acumen and within the scope of the position make appropriate business decisions.
- Prior experience in the creation or enhancement of recruiting tools and/or processes.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
- Able to maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information.
- Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills – ability to prioritize multiple functions and responsibilities and manage work time efficiently while producing desired results.
- Strong communication skills inclusive of: verbal and written, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate as compared to a private office with light traffic and computer printers. May work in Kirkland, WA or Scottsdale, AZ location. Hybrid work environment with 2-3 days in the office a week.
COMPENSATION:
At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $64,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
