```Duties```
- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing living spaces
- Engage in social activities and provide companionship to clients
- Follow resident rights guidelines and ensure the privacy and dignity of individuals

```Requirements```

- Clean criminal background
- Completion of 2-step TB before start date
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals safely using proper body mechanics
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients of all ages
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- 18 years of age or older
