Surgeon - Heart Transplant examines, diagnoses, and surgically treats patients with end-stage cardiac disease. Surgically replaces a diseased or damaged heart with a healthy heart. Being a Surgeon - Heart Transplant reviews patient history and confirms need for surgery. Determines which instruments and method of surgery will be most successful in achieving the desired outcome. Additionally, Surgeon - Heart Transplant may provide medical personnel with direction concerning patient care. May provide in-service training as needed to address new technology in health care treatment. Provides charting in compliance with all laws and regulations. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Typically reports to the chief of surgery. Requires a license to practice.     The Label Control position is onsite located in North Phoenix

    Hourly Pay: $20.00

    Shift: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM -12:30 AM

    How You Contribute to Pinnacle Transplant’s Success

    The Label Control Associate is responsible for following company SOP’s and maintaining control of all labels and the associated documentation according to company standards. They maintain control of the inventory within their area. The associate will print, prioritize, fill out associated documentation ensuring completeness and correctness, and stage all materials required for boxing. The individual in this role will ensure a steady workflow is maintained as well as facilitate others within the department as needed.


    What You Will Do

    • Comply with FDA, AATB, OSHA, cGTP, and state rules and regulations at all times.
    • Following company SOP’s and GDP
    • Printing labels for in-coming tissue
    • Creating label reconciliation documentation
    • Prioritize according to company needs
    • Stage labels along with the corresponding tissue, documentation, and inserts for boxing
    • Maintain inventory control
    • Update electronic inventory system
    • Assist with inspecting/boxing/verifying
    • Cross train within the department
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


    What Qualifications You Will Bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Adept in basic mathematical skills
    • Proficient in Excel
    • Familiarity with and experience working under FDA regulatory compliance
    • Experience in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability


    How You Will Grow

    • Develop skills cross training with in the department, Kitting Boxing and Inspection


    Who You Will Partner With

    • Daily written and verbal communication with the Inspection Supervisor to ensure all duties are understood, and weekly meetings to review current projects.
    • Daily communication with other members of the Inspection Supervisor to assist in completing additional tasks.
    • Regular communication with production to ensure work is completed timely and accurately.

    • Your Production Supervisor. You will have daily verbal and written communication with your Supervisor and/or Production Leadership to ensure daily production goals are understood and executed with speed and quality.
    • Your Team. Regularly work in independent and team settings maintaining professional communication with all PTT team members.
