Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms. If you have experience in custodial or hotel housekeeping, possess excellent attention to detail, and enjoy providing exceptional hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all areas of the room are clean and presentable, including bathrooms and common areas
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items
- Adhere to safety and security protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or requests promptly

Experience:
- Previous experience in custodial or hotel housekeeping preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and practices
- Familiarity with housekeeping management systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

Job Type: Part-time
