Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational abilities. Duties: - Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, transcribing, and data entry - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Experience: - Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus - Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Skills: - Personal assistant skills to provide support to staff members - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Experience in file management and maintaining records - Strong typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail - Calendar management to schedule appointments and meetings - Clerical abilities such as data entry, copying, scanning, etc. - Order entry for office supplies or other necessary items - Organizational skills to maintain an orderly reception area We offer competitive pay based on experience.
