Surgeon - Orthopedic jobs in Milwaukee, WI

We have an exciting opportunity for the right individual who has prior customer/patient service experience (medical/insurance experience ). We are a private orthopedic surgeon group, with 36 providers, who are focused on providing outstanding patient care.

We are looking for a reliable team member who possesses the following attributes:

• Exemplary work ethic & attendance
• 2 years of prior insurance knowledge
• 2 years of Medical Office experience
• Understanding of the compassion & kindness needed for handling patients
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to remain professional in a high volume call environment
• Level of professionalism to communicate appropriately with providers, other staff and patients equally
• Familiarity with (or computer skills) an Electronic Health Record/Scheduler
• Bilingual - Spanish/English preferred

Hours are Monday -Friday and will be between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
