This job offer is for pediatric dentistry but also has the potential to be an orthodontic assistant. We are a growing pedo/ortho office and are looking for an experienced person who can help take us to the next level. The ideal candidate is friendly, upbeat, and experienced -- someone who enjoys customer service and taking great care of people. You must also be organized, a team focused individual, and self motivated. Experience with orthodontics is a plus! You must posses the skills to work with young children.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a dental assistant program or on-the-job training
- X-ray certification required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from the dentist
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and sterilization techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26 – 35 per week
