Surgeon - Pediatric jobs in Little Rock, AR

Small Bites is seeking a Front Office team member for our growing dental brand. This position will be based out of our Little Rock location. Duties include: taking calls and scheduling appointments, optimizing the schedule, greeting and serving patients, checking insurance benefits, preparing quotes and managing patient financials and billing.

Excellent customer service is very important to us so we are seeking a friendly, outgoing and professional individual to join our Small Bites family. It is critical that the applicant is an adaptable team-player that can thrive and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking is essential.

All of our patients are toddlers, kids and teens, so a love for children is a must.

This position will be Monday through Thursday with occasional 1/2 day Fridays.

Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Candidate has at least 5 years of customer service experience
• Ideally has experience in a MEDICAL or DENTAL office setting
• Can handle multi-tasking and a very fast-paced environment
• Adaptable and fast-learner
• High school diploma
• Legible handwriting
• Basic computer skills
• Team Player
• Friendly and professional

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $23.00 per hour
