Designed for children of all ages and abilities, we offer a multitude of services, including physical and occupational therapy, hippotherapy and aquatics therapy. We are looking for an exceptional Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with children of varying ages and abilities, addressing developmental delays, sensory processing issues, and motor coordination challenges. Our therapists play a crucial role in helping children build essential life skills, fostering independence and confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Evaluate the physical, cognitive, and emotional development of pediatric patients.
• Provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers of pediatric patients.
• Educate parents and caregivers on how to help their children with daily activities.
• Develop strategies to help children with sensory processing issues.

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy License.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with at least 2 year of pediatric experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Inner drive to continually learn and grow.
• Demonstrates outstanding integrity, conscientiousness and work motivation.
• Passion for working with children.
• Collaborative team player.
