Job Overview

Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center.  We have an opportunity for a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon at our Shreveport, LA facility.

Responsibilities

Shriners Children’s in Shreveport, LA  is recruiting for a Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon to join its current full-time staff. The successful candidate would be expected to manage a broad range of Pediatric Orthopaedics patients.

Qualifications

This is a Board Certified/Eligible position that requires successful completion of a Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery. The candidate should demonstrate a commitment to the Shriners Mission and Vision. Responsibilities include Clinical Duties, Research, Teaching and Regional Outreach. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 yrs of post-fellowship clinical experience; potential candidates within the fellowship process are welcome to apply.
