QUALITY MANAGER - Injection Molding

We are seeking a Quality Manager for our West Branch, IA facility.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Candidate will be in charge of planning, organizing, and leading the Quality department at this location. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Candidate will work closely with external customers vendors, and internal departments throughout the facility and company-wide to determine and communicate quality criteria.
• Candidate will be responsible for training Q.C personnel in the proper setup, use, and calibration of instruments, layouts, and first article inspections.
• Candidate must have a working knowledge of Auditor ISO-9001:2015 standard quality systems. Internal Auditor certification or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Must have a working knowledge of the APQP PPAP process including GR&R, FMEA, and control plans.
• Must have working knowledge of corrective action systems using 8D problem-solving.
• Candidate should have experience in at least one of the following areas: Automotive, Consumer Products, or Appliance Industry.
• Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $96,192.00 per year
