Surgeon - Plastic Reconstructive examines, diagnoses, and surgically treats patients that have abnormal structures of the body caused by congenital defects, developmental abnormalities, trauma, infection, tumors, or disease. Performs surgery to improve functions and to approximate a normal appearance. Being a Surgeon - Plastic Reconstructive reviews patient history and confirms need for surgery. Determines which instruments and method of surgery will be most successful in achieving desired outcome. Additionally, Surgeon - Plastic Reconstructive may provide medical personnel with direction concerning patient care. May provide in-service training as needed to address new technology in health care treatment. Provides charting in compliance with all laws and regulations. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Typically reports to the chief of surgery. Requires a license to practice. Surgeon - Plastic Reconstructive's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

Essential Functions and Qualifications
- CNC Programmers routinely make decisions regarding selection of cutting tools, cutting feeds and speeds for those tools. They create appropriate, efficient tool path.
- They are expected to examine a part for manufacturability, and offer improvements or enhancements for a part to allow practical machining. They need an understanding of the methodology used for part mounting. These situations occur daily.
- Ability to program prismatic and complex topologies for short run tool-room production. A background in Unigraphics NX11 or newer CAD/CAM is required. Must be able to program 3, 4, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal milling machines, 2 axis, and 2 axis plus C-axis and live tooling lathe.
- Knowledge of plastic injection mold making, high speed machining, electrode, fixture, and jig design/manufacturing, mold-frame manufacturing is important.
- Key skills include teamwork, communication, organization, creativity, accuracy, logic, mathematics, spatial relations, manufacturing strategies, machinability data, and tooling selection.
- Understanding of the Microsoft Windows directory file structure.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5-15 years as a Programmer, Unigraphics NX experience highly preferred.
