Surgeon - Plastic Reconstructive examines, diagnoses, and surgically treats patients that have abnormal structures of the body caused by congenital defects, developmental abnormalities, trauma, infection, tumors, or disease. Performs surgery to improve functions and to approximate a normal appearance. Being a Surgeon - Plastic Reconstructive reviews patient history and confirms need for surgery. Determines which instruments and method of surgery will be most successful in achieving desired outcome. Additionally, Surgeon - Plastic Reconstructive may provide medical personnel with direction concerning patient care. May provide in-service training as needed to address new technology in health care treatment. Provides charting in compliance with all laws and regulations. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Typically reports to the chief of surgery. Requires a license to practice. Objective:The Master Injector delivers a comprehensive, best-in-class experience for each client. We are seeking a highly talented and professional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an Aesthetic Injector position, to help us to continue to grow our aesthetic department. We are looking for a candidate skilled in injecting neurotoxins (Botox & Dysport) and dermal fillers (Restylane, Radiesse, Juvederm, etc.). Experience with lasers, PDO Threads, Kybella, and Sculptra is also a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant must have experience in the performance of Dysport/ Botox, dermal fillers, and prior medical spa, cosmetic, or plastic surgery experience
- Deliver high end cosmetic injectable treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
- Have the ability to educate and recommend treatments for patients
- Proven time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Computer skills are required
- Reviews patients’ medical records and charts prior to and post treatment
- Promote a friendly, warm, and exceptional patient experience
Qualifications:- Experience Injecting Dermal Filler & Neurotoxin (1 year minimum)
- Up-to-date Florida NP or PA license
- Open to learning new techniques and procedures and brand language
- Maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product lines and services
