Well respected and busy Houston plastic surgeon’s office seeking experienced Plastic Surgery Sales Coordinator to join a growing team as a liaison between the office and prospective patients. The coordinator provides a vital link between the patient and the doctors by managing the consultation process and scheduling. We are seeking a organized sales professional with experience in the plastic surgery industry with understanding of surgical and non-surgical procedures. Candidate must be reliable, polished, mature, energetic, and highly motivated. We are seeking an experienced sales professional with outstanding interpersonal skills and with a true passion for helping make positive changes in patients' lives. Plastic Surgery Experience a MUST. Duties include but not limited to:

• Engaging with patients to foster the practice-patient relationship
• Conducting phone consultations, scheduling consultation appointments, proper documentation, and scheduling surgery/treatments
• Facilitating the financial transactions of high cost cosmetic procedures (feels comfortable discussing money and helping with financial payment options)
• Optimizing the white-glove customer service experience of all our patients
• Assist patient with arranging transportation, post-surgical recovery options, and various special needs that may arise
• Provide patients with information about the doctor, products, and specific surgical and non-surgical procedures
• Staying organized and generating reports with the use of EMR generated reports and excel documents.
• Timely communication with patients, other staff and the surgery center

Desired Skills and Experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST:

• Have 1-2 years patient care coordinating experience
• Have a proven track record in sales
• Be an efficient self-starter, articulate, a quick thinker, detailed-oriented, and confident
• Have the ability to multi-task and be a team player
• Have excellent customer service skills and a caring personality
• Have a strong ability and willingness to learn medical procedures, terminology, electronic medical records software
• Have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft software including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Schedule: This is an office based, full-time position. Work hours are generally expected to be 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Compensation will be based on experience.
