Surgeon - Plastic Reconstructive examines, diagnoses, and surgically treats patients that have abnormal structures of the body caused by congenital defects, developmental abnormalities, trauma, infection, tumors, or disease. Performs surgery to improve functions and to approximate a normal appearance. Being a Surgeon - Plastic Reconstructive reviews patient history and confirms need for surgery. Determines which instruments and method of surgery will be most successful in achieving desired outcome. Additionally, Surgeon - Plastic Reconstructive may provide medical personnel with direction concerning patient care. May provide in-service training as needed to address new technology in health care treatment. Provides charting in compliance with all laws and regulations. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Typically reports to the chief of surgery. Requires a license to practice. Plastic Fusion Fabricators is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager. This person will oversee and lead maintenance operations within our company. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of all equipment, machinery, and facilities. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Proven reliability.
· Vehicle maintenance and repair.
· Recordkeeping.
· Parts inventory and requisitions.
· Equipment maintenance and repairs such as generators, power tools, welding equipment, fusion machines, wedges, and stationary equipment.
· Shipping and receiving to include recordkeeping and daily log of shipments, in and out.
· Damaged equipment reports.
Skills and Knowledge:
· Good communication skills
· Ability to read and understand technical manuals as applied to equipment and vehicles.
· Must be mechanically minded.
· Proficient in vehicle maintenance.
· Proficient in Microsoft suite.
· Capable of setting up and initiating Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs.
· Familiarity with safety programs as applied to maintenance and shipping/receiving.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma: trade school as applied.
· Two years’ experience in plant and/or vehicle maintenance; any experience in shipping/receiving, a plus.
· Must have a valid driver's license.
· Satisfactory completion of DOP program.
· Must be able to dead lift at least 75 lbs waist high.
