Job Title:

Maintenance Manager

Reports To:

The Fabrication Technician will report directly to the Plant Manager.

Job Overview:

Plastic Fusion Fabricators is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager. This person will oversee and lead maintenance operations within our company. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of all equipment, machinery, and facilities. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Proven reliability.

· Vehicle maintenance and repair.

· Recordkeeping.

· Parts inventory and requisitions.

· Equipment maintenance and repairs such as generators, power tools, welding equipment, fusion machines, wedges, and stationary equipment.

· Shipping and receiving to include recordkeeping and daily log of shipments, in and out.

· Damaged equipment reports.

Skills and Knowledge:

· Good communication skills

· Ability to read and understand technical manuals as applied to equipment and vehicles.

· Must be mechanically minded.

· Proficient in vehicle maintenance.

· Proficient in Microsoft suite.

· Capable of setting up and initiating Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs.

· Familiarity with safety programs as applied to maintenance and shipping/receiving.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma: trade school as applied.

· Two years’ experience in plant and/or vehicle maintenance; any experience in shipping/receiving, a plus.

· Must have a valid driver's license.

· Satisfactory completion of DOP program.

· Must be able to dead lift at least 75 lbs waist high.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
