Surgeon - Plastic Reconstructive examines, diagnoses, and surgically treats patients that have abnormal structures of the body caused by congenital defects, developmental abnormalities, trauma, infection, tumors, or disease. Performs surgery to improve functions and to approximate a normal appearance. Being a Surgeon - Plastic Reconstructive reviews patient history and confirms need for surgery. Determines which instruments and method of surgery will be most successful in achieving desired outcome. Additionally, Surgeon - Plastic Reconstructive may provide medical personnel with direction concerning patient care. May provide in-service training as needed to address new technology in health care treatment. Provides charting in compliance with all laws and regulations. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Typically reports to the chief of surgery. Requires a license to practice.     Job Summary:

    The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. This role oversees and administers the business HRIS system (ADP), including running payroll weekly, as well as oversight of employee health and benefit plans. This position resolves HRIS and benefits-related problems and ensures effective use of systems/plans and positive employee relations. This role provides administrative support to others business functions as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and accounting duties.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • None.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Oversee HRIS system (ADP WorkforceNow) and all modules within it.
    • Processes payroll weekly.
    • Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
    • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
    • Reconciles benefits statements.
    • Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
    • Assists with processing of terminations.
    • Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
    • Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
    • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by company executives/department heads.
    • Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
    • Files documents into appropriate employee files.
    • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
    • Prepares new-employee files.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
    • Recent experience/proficiency with ADP WorkforceNow strongly preferred.
    • At least two years related experience required.
    • SHRM-CP credential preferred.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
