Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
· Utilize various tools such as ZoomInfo and Outreach.io or similar tools to identify and target potential clients.
· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Sales Outreach and Engagement:
· Initiate contact with decision-makers and key stakeholders through effective communication channels.
· Leverage multiple CRMs to manage and track sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Client Relationship Management:
· Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
· Develop persuasive and tailored presentations to showcase the company's products and services.

Achieving Sales Targets:

Qualifications:
·3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the paper and plastic manufacturing industry or similar experience in other industries
· Must have strong “hunter” mentality
· Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and a track record of closing deals.
· Familiarity with tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, and various CRMs.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
