Position: Sales Account Manager / Inside Sales Representative
Location: Union, NJ
Employment Type: Full-time, In-person Position

Compensation: Base Pay Lucrative Sales Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate sales calls to potential clients, articulating product/service features and competitive pricing.
• Cultivate relationships with existing clientele, presenting promotions and introducing new product lines.
• Demonstrate persuasive skills to facilitate product sales, ensuring accurate order processing and seamless customer service.
• Address customer queries or concerns promptly, adhering to company protocols to ensure resolution.
• Conduct follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities in the customer database.
• Uphold a deep understanding of our product portfolio and promotional offers.
• Foster enduring customer relationships to drive business growth and mutual satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Sales Force and/or SAP is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and excel.
• Positive, results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of janitorial, paper, plastic, and hardware supplies is highly beneficial.
