Summary:

We are seeking a welcoming and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join Dr. Howarth's all aesthetic plastic surgery practice. In this role, you will focus on administrative duties while creating a positive first experience for our patients. You will assist patients with inquiries about services, pricing, and available products. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurately capturing leads and inputting patient data in our system. You will be scheduling appointments for both Dr. Howarth, as well as our non-surgical medical aesthetic providers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and oversee the accurate entry of patient data into EMR.
• Capture contact information for prospective patients and manage lead reports.
• Educate patients on the various services offered by Dr. Howarth's practice.
• Answer phones, return e-mails, and effectively communicate with patients regarding their inquiries.
• Notify the appropriate staff of patient arrivals and coordinate their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with social media marketing coordinator to create content to promote the practice and its services.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Positive, outgoing, and friendly attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High-end customer service: 2 years.
• Prior experience in a plastic surgery practice strongly preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
