PLASTIC SURGERY PRACTICE PART TIME FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

- Be extremely friendly and have excellent phone and text communication skills!

- Primary person to answer incoming calls

- Forward calls appropriately

- Respond to website inquiries expediently (assisted by OM)

- Knowledge of all services (surgeries / products)

- Patient Scheduling – Confirm new and returning patients.

- Patient Check-in / Check-out

- Patient intake paperwork (review/upload)

- Scan documentation

- Be able to discuss and obtain signatures for all consents and policies (photo / payment policies (cosmetic and insurance) / revision policy / cosmetic insurance policy, etc)

- Assist Practice Manager / Nurse with Patient surgery navigation

- All scanning / filing / faxing

- Shredding of documents

- Manage and Organize new patient charts / patient handouts / consents / Business cards

- Assist Practice Manager with patient payments (copays / cosmetic consult fees / POS purchases), and deposit in safe per protocol.

- Ensure waiting room is clean and presentable throughout day

- Assist Practice Manager with Management and Organization of Front Office Supplies

- Log Deliveries and Forward to appropriate recipient

EDUCATION

High School Diploma

EXPERIENCE

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in the cosmetic or beauty industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

REQUIREMENTS

• Must submit cover letter and resume
• Must pass pre-employment tests (writing, math, etc) as required and administered by Human Resources.
• Fluent in English - Required
• Fluent in Spanish - Recommended
• Work Authorization in the United States
• Must pass background check
• Provide professional work references

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS

• Full-time employment salary: $13 – 16 / hr
• Retirement / PTO: after 12 months continuous employment
• Performance review every 6 months, with annual raise; quantity of raise dependent upon individual performance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 30 per week
