We are seeking a skilled Mold Setter to join our team. As a Mold Setter, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining molds in our manufacturing facility. This is a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production processes.

Responsibilities:
- Set up molds for production runs, including installation, alignment, and adjustment
- Monitor and troubleshoot mold performance during production runs
- Perform regular maintenance on molds to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Collaborate with production team to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Assist in the development and implementation of lean manufacturing practices
- Operate machinery such as press brake machines, lathes, and plastics extrusion equipment
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate mold setup
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of plastics molding processes and techniques
- Proficiency in machining operations, including lathe work
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Experience working with precision measuring instruments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of logic controllers and their functions in mold setting operations
