Job Description:

Plastic Molding Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Hudson, MA. The Corporate Recruiter will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Sourcing Strategies: Develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations.
• Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to fulfill those needs efficiently.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and support.
• Employer Branding: Represent Plastic Molding Manufacturing Inc. as an employer of choice by promoting our company culture, values, and opportunities for career growth.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a corporate recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
