• First verified and accredited trauma center in Pennsylvania and is among the busiest Level I trauma programs on the east coast
• Opportunity for a significant academic experience which includes overseeing an RRC-approved Surgical Critical Care Fellowship (three fellows), daily teaching of General Surgery residents and medical students as well as participating in clinical research
• Faculty appointments are available through the University of South Florida, College of Medicine, LVHN’s academic partner

Qualifications

• A network champion for Trauma and Acute Care Surgery
• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery with Added Qualification in Surgical Critical Care
• A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
• Must be current as an ATLS Instructor
