  • Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse seeking an exciting opportunity in an Interventional Radiology Office-Based Lab (OBL) setting? We are looking for a skilled RN to join our team and provide exceptional nursing services to our patients. As an OBL Nurse, you will collaborate closely with clinical leadership to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. You will work within the scope of practice and under the authority of attending physicians to deliver outstanding patient care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, deliver, manage, and evaluate direct patient care using the nursing process, adhering to nursing practice standards.
    • Assess and supervise patient care according to established procedures.
    • Assist in in the timley flow of patients through the procedure process
    • Review chart documentation as required or directed.
    • Coordinate and prepare patients for examinations.
    • Prepare patients for office and laboratory procedures as necessary.
    • Assist physicians, nurse practitioners (NP), physician assistants (PA), and other healthcare professionals as directed.
    • Take vital signs, including weight, blood pressure, height, and temperature.
    • Continous Patient monotoring in the pre, intra and post procedure setting
    • Deliver moderate sedation to patients during procedures
    • Complete required documentation accurately and promptly using electronic and other medical records.
    • Administer and document all medications in compliance with established policies, procedures, physician's orders, and regulations.
    • Perform all treatments according to physician-specific orders and established policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Current RN license in Indiana
    • BLS and ACLS certification
    • Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience delivering moderate sedation is ER, radiology or cath lab
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
    • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
    • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and clinic demandsSkills
    • Proven experience as a registered nurse
    • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
    • Excellent knowledge of emergency care
    • In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
    • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Responsible and compassionate
    • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
    • BSN or other diploma from a nursing program
    • Valid nursing license'
    • American Hearh ACLS and BLS certification

    Pay rate is based on experience and is highly competitive.

    Job Types: Part-time, PRN

    Pay: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
