We at Apex Heart and Vascular are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist with exceptional telephone greeting skills. We are a premier cardiovascular institute. We are looking for someone who's a team-player, a go-getter, and flexible.

The ideal candidate should be able to

• Greet and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Greet and attend to patients in person at the front desk for check-in and check out
• Professionally assist family members of the patients, other staff members, visitors, vendors and providers.
• Schedule appointments for the patients.
• Able to perform accurate documentation of patient visits and has excellent database (spreadsheet) skills
• Has working knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA rules.
• Able to pay meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Has excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.
• Bilingual: Spanish required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
