Additionally, Surgical Technologist may assist in patient transport. Requires completion of surgical technologist training course. Requires a high school diploma. Requires CPR certification. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Surgical Technologist works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Surgical Technologist at Memorial Surgery Center
The Surgical Technologist, the primary responsibility of this position is to assist in providing nursing care of the surgical patient in the O.R. suite.
Ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.
Position requires weekdays only - no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.
