Commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and review concerning both regional and entity-wide operations (including supply chain, sales and marketing, and product development). Types of agreements include supply, tolling, manufacturer representative, distribution, consignment, sale, joint development, license, equipment lease, real estate leases and purchase/sale agreements, and nondisclosure agreements. Manage internal entity restructuring, integration of acquisitions, and other corporate legal projects in coordination with Tax, Treasury, and Finance Departments. Assist Legal Department and business leaders with development and implementation of company policy and compliance matters. Counsel internal clients on employment, compliance, regulatory, corporate governance, and real estate matters. Tasked with special projects as needed. Perform training on relevant legal topics. Develop and implement agreement templates and efficient processes.
