The Senior Financial Analyst, TIDC is responsible for leading and supporting all aspects of operational finance for the growing Technology Integration and Distribution Center (TIDC). The Sr Analyst partners with the TIDC organization providing leadership and support to management and operations teams in the continuous effort to drive efficiency enhancements and visibility to the business.

Responsibilities

• Provides metrics and analytical support to optimize the efficiency of TIDC operations.
• Ensures accurate financial reporting for the Connection TIDC organization.
• Develops financial plans and forecasts. Generates insights into the financial performance of the TIDC ensuring comprehensive data visibility.
• Acts as a core team member of TIDC management team, providing financial and analytical support for TIDC initiatives.
• Offers support for deal and margin analysis related to TIDC services.
• Analyzes results through monitoring variances to prior year and plan, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.
• Prepares costing models and manages the subsequent process of review and update.
• Collaborates with planning and floor teams to develop metrics and provide analytical support.

Qualifications

• 3 year of experience in an FP&A role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Practical experience with creating PowerBI reports
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, JDE a plus
• Strong business acumen
• Technical aptitude to absorb and apply newly learned technical skills
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
