Job Summary and Qualifications

The PBX Team Leader relays all incoming and outgoing calls routed through the switchboard, pages, monitors fire and other alarms, releases patient condition according to hospital policy and distributes reports/copies accordingly. The PBX Team Leader will be responsible for scheduling, time keeping and immediate supervision of the PBX Operators. The team leader will be familiar with the mission, vision and value statements of this facility.

What qualifications you will need:

• High school graduate or equivalent; or sufficient PBX experience to compensate for the lack of
• Typing skills and customer service skills.
• Prefer hospital experience; good communication skills required
• Supervisory experience required
• Must have good command of English language and grammar skills
