Switchboard Technician – Electrical Control and Leadership Experience Required
RPM is looking for an experienced Switchboard Technician with potential growth into a supervisor or management role at RPM. Must be a self-starter, motivated, operate with integrity and fairness, leadership skills, and be customer orientated. Great Compensation!
Responsibilities:
1. Assemble and wire custom control panels and switchboards.
2. Able to read electrical schematic drawings.
3. Able to troubleshoot and test control circuits with assistance from our engineers.
4. Able to lead a group of technicians through a complete switchboard/panel build.
5. Able to work with mangers to problem solve issues that may arise during manufacturing.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in fabrication, assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical equipment.
2. Ability to effectively read electrical control schematics.
3. Experience with different hydraulic components, both service and troubleshooting.
4. Experience working with teams and training up and coming technicians.
5. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when needed to complete rush projects.
