Gwinnett's Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine leader is hiring a Medical Receptionist for main phones! The organization has grown and is looking for someone excited to be a part of a well-established and reputable organization.

The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work as a team player and provide personalized service-oriented assistance for our patients while demonstrating strong clerical and front-end skills.

Education

Required - High School diploma or equivalent

MUST SPEAK SPANISH

Work Experience

Computer literacy (Mainframe or PC)
Phone etiquette - handle heavy volume multi-line
Filing - alphabetically and numerically
Legible handwriting
Spelling/grammar aptitude
Good written/verbal communication skills
Set priorities/follow directions
Adjust to various demands
Medical office experience is a plus,
administrative skill preferred
telephone skills
