Be the first line of defense in the heart of our operation. Manage a high call volume, assessing the needs of callers and directing them to a Hotline Advocate for assistance with their concerns. Must be able to ascertain people's needs quickly and express empathy and compassion.

• Answer and assess incoming calls, place callers on hold, perform routine check-ins with callers during hold times, and rotate calls.
• Take RFI calls, and other less complex calls, as directed by Operations Managers, Team Leads, or Quality Analysts.
• Answer some calls directly (without a call queue), deliver the proper greeting, follow client directives, and ask all critical questions while maintaining good judgment and strict confidentiality to ensure a caller’s needs are met.
• Guide callers through the interview process according to frequently reviewed standards and procedures.
• Document all relevant client calls in our case management system. Calls should be documented in a clear, concise, and accurate format
• Meet performance goals set with the Operations Managers and tailored to your development path.

Additional Information:

• This role is for in-office work only. We do not offer remote working at this time.
• All new hires must successfully complete training (shadowing, and on-the-job) and demonstrate proficiency in the material to progress through the incubation period.
