A fulfilling position as an HR Administrator is currently available within the Human Resources Department. A successful candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. This individual will provide professional assistance in collaboration with and under the direction of the Senior HR Generalist.
Responsibilities:
- Process all employment paperwork such as status changes, onboarding, offboarding, and annual performance reviews.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Maintain and participate in ongoing development of HRIS.
- Maintain and review ERP system information related to new hires and timekeeping.
- Prepare annual compliance reports and audits requested by outside agencies.
- Maintain internal employee recognition programs.
- Complete employment verifications.
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding functions such as scheduling interviews, drug screening, and new hire orientation.
- Assist with benefits administration.
- Respond to employee inquiries.
- Assist with processing weekly payroll.
- Provide required payroll reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Support internal and external HR and payroll-related inquiries or requests.
- Provide other general administrative support to the HR Department.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years Human Resources experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, preferred.
- Human Resources Certification a plus.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll software programs, Paycor experience a plus.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations.
- High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to the Manufacturing floor.
- Regularly required to reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
- Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 10 lbs.
Schedule and Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.
