Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled System Administrators and System Engineers to support our partner companies. In these roles, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a company's computer systems, servers, and networks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. These positions are onsite in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and software applications
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Perform system backups and data recovery
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies and systems
- Conduct regular system audits to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Provide technical support to end-users
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
- Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware ESXi
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
- Proficiency with physical and virtual servers
- Understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles
- Experience with Active Directory and managing user accounts
