We are looking for a highly skilled, effective, and motivated Practice Administrator with complete revenue cycle billing experience to lead and manage our administrative and billing operations. This key position will directly supervise a team of 8-9 administrative and billing staff.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar role within a medical practice or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical billing, coding, and insurance processes, credentialing and prior authorizations
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Identifies trends and get ahead of problems, re-designing workflows when needed to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong fiscal management skills, successful financial analysis preferred.
