  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Administrator (Analyst) with expertise in the BigTime PSA (Professional Services Automation) system. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the PSA system, including configuration modifications, report building, technical support, and integration of new acquisitions. This individual will also be responsible for ongoing systems support, compliance with company policies, and adapting the system to meet evolving reporting requirements.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. BigTime / Primetric PSA System Expertise:
      • Possess an in-depth understanding of the BigTime/Primetrics PSA system, its functionalities, and best practices.
      • Stays up to date on system upgrades and new features, ensuring optimal utilization of the platform.
    2. Configuration Modification and Report Building:
      • Modifies system configurations as needed to align with business requirements.
      • Builds, customizes, and enhances reports to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
    3. Technical Support:
      • Provides technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues promptly.
      • Collaborates with the IT team to address any technical challenges and ensures the system's reliability.
    4. Integration of New Acquisitions:
      • Leads the integration and on-boarding of newly acquired entities onto the BigTime PSA system.
      • Ensures a smooth transition and integration of data, processes, and reporting structures.
    5. Ongoing Systems Support:
      • Acts as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and support requests.
      • Conducts regular system audits to identify and address potential issues proactively.
    6. Reporting - Modification and Creation:
      • Modifies existing reports to accommodate changes in business processes or reporting requirements.
      • Develops new reports based on evolving business needs, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision-making.
    7. Time Reporting Compliance:
      • Manages and closes time reporting periods in accordance with company policies.
      • Ensures compliance with time reporting policies and assist in the development of related procedures.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or Systems Analyst, with a focus on the BigTime / Primetrics PSA system or other comparable PSA system.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Familiarity with acquisition integration processes and best practices.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Understanding of time reporting policies and compliance.

    The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000, in addition to a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offer within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.

     

    Work Arrangement

    All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of two (2) days a week in our office and three (3) days remotely.
