Systems Administrator
Requirements:

• Active Secret Clearance
• IAT Level II certification
• Open to night shift

Location: 100% on site Norfolk, VA
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Employment Length: 6 month to conversion (could convert at 3 months)
Pay: $40-$50 /Hr.
Conversion Target: $88k - $100k /Yr.
Shift: Thursday - Monday (4 pm - 2 am)
Job Description:

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic level system hardware, software and communications problems.

• Install, configure and test software packages.
• Evaluate and remediate vulnerability scans on production and test systems using scanning and software tools.
• Gather information and processing data related to Cybersecurity of applicable program systems.
• Ensure compliance with DoD Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts and Bulletins (IAVA, IAVB) by managing installation of new software releases, system upgrades, and installation of patches to resolve software related issues with the IT systems.
• Remediate areas of non-compliance by using the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) by utilizing the STIG Viewer tool.
• Analyze system vulnerabilities using Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans.
• Review system, security and performance logs to assist in resolving incidents and maintaining system level security
• 5 or more years of experience
• MECM experience and understanding
• Powershell experience
