WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
The Systems Administrator, based at our Corporate Headquarters in Reno, Nevada, is a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support to our users while monitoring and maintaining our Infrastructure Network Environment and managing our software and applications administration. You will be working in a dynamic team environment in a modern, clean office.
Reporting to our Director of IT, you’ll provide leadership to a talented team of Help Desk Engineers and collaborate with other Systems Administrators within our infrastructure department. You will work with computer users throughout the company and outside vendors.

You’re enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced environment. You have demonstrated knowledge of IT security practices and a commitment to maintaining a secure IT environment. You’re a lifelong learner with a combination of formal education (Bachelor’s degree - BSCIS, BSCS or BSCE, Microsoft Certification, CCNA, CISM, CISA, CISSP, PMP preferred) and 5 years of solid on-the-job experience including Citrix, VMWare, AHV and Cisco experience (preferred).
If you possess a strong working knowledge of basic computer hardware, including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, networks, routing, switching, firewall, security in depth, principles of CIA, AAA, SDLC, PMP, and Defense in Depth, we want to hear from you.
