We are looking for a Billing Administrator to join our team!
The Billing Administrator will play a critical role in managing the company’s revenue cycle by ensuring accurate and timely billing processes while effectively managing accounts receivable activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in billing operations with a focus on maximizing cash flow and minimizing outstanding balances. Additionally, they will demonstrate proficiency in accounts receivable management, including collections, reconciliations, and reporting.
This position is eligible for remote work in Oregon or Washington. Manager must approve remote work. To qualify for remote work status employee must have an adequate, quiet, and safe home office setup including a comfortable desk and chair, high-speed internet access, ability to safeguard and protect sensitive data.
Hourly pay ranges from $26-30/hour depending on applicable skills and experience.
