Additionally, Systems Administrator maintains documentation of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Systems Administrator work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be a Systems Administrator typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.         • Experience and success with LAN, WAN, WLAN, and WWAN design and implementation.
        • Knowledge of Cisco VOIP technologies.
        • Strong, hands-on technical knowledge of core technologies, including Cisco, Microsoft, Fortinet, and Meraki.
