Being a Systems/Application Security Analyst coordinates with development teams or third parties to fix systems/application vulnerabilities. Requires a bachelor's degree. To be a Systems/Application Security Analyst typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
