TARGET:
Ensures the accurate record, reconciliation, and allocation of a diverse source of paper and electronic earnings, analyzing information and generating economic and financial statements and statistical reports.
CONTENT:
The Accounts Receivable Analyst is focused on the accurate record, reconciliation, analysis, and generation of reports for the company’s earnings and, eventually, some specific expenses.
Responsibilities:
Working close and under the guidance and supervision of the CFO, Anticipates, Plans, Executes and Reports Results on:
· Pick up, Deposit and record paper check payments.
· Reconcile Paper check and ACH payments.
· Analyze and generate reports about Customers’ Balances, Payments, and reconciliation.
· File documents properly ensuring traceability.
· Record, update, analyze and generate reports on Vehicle files / records.
· Record, update, analyze and generate reports on company Credit Cards’ expenses.
· Record, reconcile and audit the earnings information in Worksheets (MS Excel) and QuickBooks (Online and Desktop).
· Partner with the Accounts Payable Analyst the generation of the Economic and Finance monthly, quarterly, and annual company’s results, Budget vs Real and other Financial KPI’s reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE:
· Bachelor’s degree or technician in finance, business administration, accountancy, or related field.
· Knowledge and understanding of US accountancy, bookkeeping and taxes regulations, and knowledge of Security Services requirements is highly valued.
SKILLS:
· Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel).
· QuickBooks (Online and Desktop) is a Must.
