Recommends and develops security measures to protect information against unauthorized modification or loss. Being a Systems/Application Security Analyst coordinates with development teams or third parties to fix systems/application vulnerabilities. Requires a bachelor's degree. The Senior Information Security Analyst III performs advanced system security administration on designated technology platforms including operating systems, applications, and network devices. This position serves as a liaison and knowledge expert for communications related to information security both with internal colleagues as well as third parties.
This role is 100% remote in our remote-eligible states. We are accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NV, TN, TX, OH, WA, or WI.
Education
Associates Degree in Information Security or related field is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security or related field is preferred.
H.S. Diploma and three years of relevant experience in information security, cyber security, or other related field may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
Seven (7) years of experience in information security or cyber security is required. (This experience level is required in addition to the experience that would be required in lieu of education if colleague does not meet the Associates degree requirement.)
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Security , or other information security/cyber security certification is preferred.
