Systems/Application Security Analyst, Sr. jobs in Huntsville, AL

Looking for a Security Team member who will work with others to identify and assess security risks, analyze security data, and develop and implement security strategies to protect our Cloud assets including technology infrastructure and data.

Duties and responsibilities include :

• Leveraging the security scanning and monitoring data provided by Azure for our Cloud systems
• Identify and prioritize security vulnerabilities
• Isolate, Communicate and Remediate Cloud cybersecurity issues
• Anticipate and protect against potential threats.
• Create and maintain protocols, processes, and procedures to guard against cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches.
• Provide Security reports that include trend analysis and forward-looking data

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in CIS, technical/ engineering – required
  • Cybersecurity focus and Accreditations preferred
• 2-3 years of comparable work experience
• Progressive and demonstrated enterprise security experience
• Excellent knowledge of network, OS, and application security
• Cybersecurity best practices, plus first-hand experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-malware software
